Fleet Maintenance Manager (Corporate)




The Fleet Maintenance Manager is responsible for providing leadership to the organization related to maintenance support and administering contracts specific to supplemental workforce. This includes but is not limited to maintenance support activities involving equipment, processes and programs, contracts for core team augmentation, projects / modifications, and specialty work groups such as AOVs / MOVs. The position is responsible to support senior leadership roles in governance, oversight, support and perform for the fleet. The primary focus for this role is oversight and governance.


• Minimum of five (5) years power plant experience

• Minimum of three (3) years supervisor/management experience

• Minimum of three (3) years nuclear power plant experience


• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related science

• Second level leadership experience in a technical (Engineering) or line organization (Operations, Maintenance, HP, Chemistry or Work Management)

• General knowledge of maintenance processes and practices

• ERO qualifiable for corporate level function in EOF

• Knowledge of various nuclear plant technologies, maintenance, operations, and their impacts on Fleet operations

• Current or previous SRO license
